A: Aye, we do! If your order didn’t meet expectations, we offer returns within 14 days of delivery. Your satisfaction is as important to us as a properly oiled beard.

A: Unopened and unused products can be returned for a full refund. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened beard oils, butters, or grooming items—unless there was a defect or we made an error.

A: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a damaged item. We're a small pirate-run outfit, but we do right by our crew.

A: Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
