Cutter is probably my favorite “mainline” offering from Rugged Pirate! For me, the Cognac, Vanilla and Hazelnut steal the show! The scent comes across as warm and rich, with a depth that carries throughout the entire day!

Rugged Pirate’s oil provides great moisturizing of both the facial skin and beard hair; never feels greasy and absorbs well along the way.

Benny Flambé from Rugged Pirate’s Sweet-Toothed Savages series is pure dessert chaos—in the best possible way.

Right out of the bottle, the opening is loud and delicious. The bananas foster note hits first, dripping in dark rum and caramelized sugar, backed by a warm pancake batter sweetness that makes the whole thing smell like a pirate breakfast cooked in a cast-iron pan over open flame. The spiced rum gives it just enough bite to keep it from feeling overly sugary.

As it settles, the heart notes really start to flex. Candied pecan praline and salted caramel roll in with buttery, nutty depth, while vanilla custard smooths everything out into a thick, dessert-like warmth. This middle stage is where the scent feels the most decadent—like walking into a bakery that also serves rum by the barrel.

The drydown of Cavendish tobacco, tonka bean, and benzoin resin bring in a darker, smoky backbone that balances the sugar perfectly. The sweetness stays present, but now it’s deeper and richer—like caramelized sugar lingering in the air after a flambé.

The scent lingers nicely without becoming overwhelming, evolving from fiery dessert to warm tobacco sweetness over time.

This here in my opinion is the most unique blueberry cheesecake boozy scent I've ever tried and I love it. I purchased the butter along with the oil and the scent lasts trough a whole 12 hour work shift. I'm glad it sits in the mainline.

At First I gave this 4 stars in my original review for being to strong but it is not now and the apple andIrishwhiskey blend so well together and another great scent.

I’ve been using Strawbacco Sunrise from Rugged Pirate Beard Co., and it’s easily one of the more unique scents in my rotation. The strawberry hits first — bright and slightly sweet — but it’s grounded by that smooth, warm tobacco note that keeps it from being candy-like. It’s fresh without being overpowering, and it settles into a really balanced, laid-back scent that lasts throughout the day. If you like something a little different but still masculine and smooth, this one’s worth grabbing.

Its a Banger!!! Absolutely great!

Meryeti is a nice clean smooth scent. I used it to night for an evening bed time. It had a calming scent to me. I could see myself using it as a everyday scent also.
