At Rugged Pirate Beard Co., every order is handcrafted in small batches and packed with care from Land O' Lakes, Florida.

 

Processing Time

Most orders ship within 1–3 business days.

During major product launches, holidays, or sales, processing may take 3–5 business days.

Custom or made-to-order products may require additional processing time.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our workshop.

 

Domestic Shipping

We ship throughout the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS, depending on the shipping option selected at checkout.

 

Delivery estimates:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping: Based on the service selected at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed once the package has been accepted by the carrier.

 

International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide where available.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges required by their country. Rugged Pirate Beard Co. is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

 

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once your package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery is outside our control.

If your package appears lost:

  • Check the tracking information.
  • Verify your shipping address.
  • Check with neighbors or your local post office.

If you still need assistance, contact us and we'll do our best to help file a carrier claim when applicable.

We are not responsible for stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered.

 

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges before they can be resent.

 

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damaged product and packaging so we can make it right.
