I don’t think I could do this scent justice if I tried to describe everything I get out of this profile. This is one of the few oils I’ve experienced that I feel each and every one of the scent notes in the description ACTUALLY comes through in beard. It is so layered and complex but perfectly balanced, the scent lasts forever and just continues to develop and evolve for hours on end. Plus the carrier blend works wonders for my beard and skin. Black Sails Brew is just fantastic, if you like darker scents then I can’t recommend this oil highly enough!
Black Sails Brew just might be Rugged’s strongest scent, and that’s saying something. I could smell the coffee scent as soon as I opened the package. Upfront you get that earthy black coffee scent. After a while it does settle down and opens up and you start picking up the other scents, especially the leather. This one is a must have for all the bearded coffee lovers out there.
Where do I begin?! Awesome scent, killer artwork and phenomenal feel in beard. I can not recommend this place enough!
Black Sails Brew is great!
It has phenomenal depth. The rum and spices are what I smell the most. But the black coffee is a very strong middle note that lasts all day.After 9 hours in the shop I can still smell it when I hop in the shower at the end of my work day.
