As I'm making my way through all of the Rugged Pirates' scented butters to find my favorites I ran across Keelhaul and the notes sounded awesome. Let me tell you, they are. As much as I love coffee and I never thought I'd want it in my beard until it hit mu nose. Mixed with rum and vetiver..oh man! I normally juggle through my collection of balms and butters depending on how I feel or what cologne I'm wearing that day but for 3 days straight, Keelhaul was the chosen one. Such a dark and unique scent that everyone needs to try. You won't be sorry you did!
I got a 1/2 as a mystery gift and loved it so much I went back and picked up a oil,,butter, liquid butter and cologne!! It’s that good!!
This is a great scent. The whole scent profile works together to create a nice dark cologne scent, great for date night. I can see why so many people love this scent.
Dark cologne lovers rejoice.. the rum, coffee, vetiver and sandalwood mesh together so well to create what I imagine the perfect "dastardly pirate" would smell like. Distinguished, a little rough and rugged around the edges (in a good way), and complex. The lasting power on this fellow is no joke. This is a must-have from Rugged Pirate!
Rugged Pirate came out hard with their coffee scent Keelhaul. Definitely enjoy how the use of the rum added a nice sweetness and the sandalwood added a nice depth to the base of this one rounding it out to a nice cologne type scent....not just for morning! Go grab this one!
